All of our wedding cakes are designed both with you and for you to create a stunning showstopper for your special day
For many couples who get in touch with us, it’s the first time they have ordered a wedding cake.
Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. Here at Bella’s, we believe that ordering your cake should be a memorable and enjoyable part of your wedding journey. Finding the perfect cake can be daunting but we’ll guide you to the perfect choice!

Firstly, we need to make sure we have availability on your chosen wedding date.
We’ll then need a few details such as guest numbers, venue, and design ideas/colour choices that you may already have in mind.
(The information we need can be found on our enquiry form.)
Once we receive this, we’ll send you a provisional quote. If that’s acceptable, we’ll request a £100 booking fee to secure your date.
Our booking fee includes your consultation, contract, design sketch, and (the most important bit!) cake tasting during a visit to my design kitchen in Cullingworth.
Your consultation will be held around 6 – 8 months before your wedding date. This is where we’ll have a chat about your big day. Feel free to bring along any colour swatches, your invitations, and any pictures you’ve already seen. This will help us create your perfect cake!
The final payment is due 8 weeks in advance of your date.
I will liaise with your venue (and other suppliers if necessary) in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly. I’ll make sure your cake is delivered safely and set up ready to wow your guests on arrival.
